- Manage end-to-end procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
- Procure HVAC systems, chillers, ducts, cables, switchgear, pumps, lighting, generators, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Review MEP BOQs, drawings, specifications, and material submittals prior to procurement
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Float RFQs and RFPs, evaluate technical and commercial offers, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Source, evaluate, and finalize approved MEP vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers, consultants, and site teams to align procurement with construction schedules
- Track order status, manufacturing progress, deliveries, and site handover
- Ensure materials comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements
- Monitor procurement costs and support budget control and value engineering initiatives
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in MEP procurement within construction or real estate development environments
- Experience handling large-scale MEP packages for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and procurement practices
- Ability to interpret MEP BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
