Project Manager - Oracle Implementation

• Review project progress, govern timelines and provide status updates
• Coordinate and prepare updates for steering committee
• Maintain minutes of steering committee meetings and ensure timely implementation
• Manage end to end communication on the progress of the project, important milestones, sign offs required with Finance leaders, Project Champions and IT teams
• Manage all workshops along with implementation team
• Ensure right attendance of Project Champions and Subject Matter Experts
• Documentation Control
• Review all project documentation with implementation partners and govern implementation
• Create and govern parallel project plan for Finance team for preparation of the project (Like Clean ups etc.)
• Manage all changes during this phase from the To-Be design maps
• Control on Quality checks during Build, Unit Testing and SIT
• Manage and govern Training strategy, Migration Strategy, Change Strategy
• Manage and govern UAT
• Control on all Test scripts, scenarios and test cases for UAT
• Facilitate SIGN OFF on UAT results
• Manage the Cut-Over rules and strategy
• Ensure 100% data checks are done during UAT and at Migration
• Manage all issue logs during all phases
