- Own the complete patient sales lifecycle including enquiry capture, structured follow-up, conversion, and retention strategies
- Lead and support Patient Sales Coordinators and outbound healthcare sales agents with clear revenue targets
- Drive outbound sales calls and proactive patient follow-up to convert enquiries into confirmed clinic appointments
- Convert walk-in patients, digital leads, referrals, and dormant CRM pipelines into active bookings
- Conduct face-to-face commercial discussions within clinics and support corporate patient acquisition visits
- Utilize CRM systems daily to manage lead routing, follow-up SLAs, pipeline accuracy, and conversion analytics
- Monitor performance metrics and close conversion gaps using data-driven sales discipline
- Maintain high levels of patient engagement and repeat utilization across healthcare services
- Mandatory healthcare sales experience within clinics, hospitals, or medical centers
- Extensive hands-on CRM expertise including platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven track record in patient lifecycle management and healthcare revenue generation
- Strong experience leading or guiding inside sales or patient sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into booked appointments and measurable revenue outcomes
- Confident handling outbound sales calls and in-person commercial discussions
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working across multiple clinics and external corporate environments
