- Reconciliation of daily volumes traded, using a wide variety of tools and services, any report any issues, or potential issues to management.
- Continue development of current systems and procedures for monitoring the trading activities of Marex's clients and to escalate any appropriate issues.
- Reconciling T+1 cleared business between Exchanges, Third Party brokers/counterparties and internal booking systems.
- To perform daily exchange fee reconciliation across all markets to ensure Marex and underlying clients are charged at correct rates.
- Performing Start of Day position check to ensure front end platforms match statements generated from internal booking system.
- Rectifying T+1 breaks on any exchanges and/or with brokers/counterparties.
- Such other assistance as may be required by the Directors, exchanges and/or Counterparties.
- Daily large trade position reporting to SGX and CME/CFTC - above thresholds
- Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under all regionally relevant regulatory bodies
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with

- To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
- To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
- To escalate risk events immediately
- To provide input to risk management processes, as required
- Knowledge of financial services products and markets generally and preferably those relevant to Marex's business and that of its customers (e.g. exchange traded futures and options, foreign exchange and cash related products)
- Knowledge of regulatory environment and trading venues
- Maintains key contacts with counterparties, banks and exchanges, where appropriate
- Ensures problems and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Represents Marex in an appropriate manner which enhances business and professional Relationships.

- Bachelors or diploma in Finance / Economics.
