MEP Construction Manager - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Lead the execution and coordination of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements before construction implementation
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, authority regulations, and international construction standards
• Monitor construction progress, workforce productivity, and resource planning to maintain project schedules
• Oversee QA and QC inspections, system testing, and commissioning activities for MEP installations
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and internal departments to resolve technical and commercial issues
• Track project budgets, variations, and cost control measures in collaboration with the quantity surveying team
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates and performance reports to senior management
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental procedures across project sites

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of experience in MEP construction within the UAE construction sector
• Minimum five years of leadership experience managing MEP teams on large projects
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, electrical LV and HV systems, plumbing networks, and firefighting systems
• Experience working on high-rise residential or commercial building projects
• Solid knowledge of UAE authority regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
