- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for brokerage, trading, and wealth management platforms.
- Lead implementation and production support for trading systems (including UAE markets such as ADX & DFM).
- Architect solutions covering equities, bonds, funds, retirement planning, corporate actions, robo-advisory, and virtual assets.
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, Central Bank guidelines, and open banking standards.
- Provide root cause analysis and permanent resolution for complex production issues.
- Define integration architecture using APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions.
- Oversee cloud architecture, security design, and data protection strategies.
- Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to align solutions with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Support change management, release planning, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong experience in Brokerage & Trading systems implementation.
- Knowledge of UAE trading platforms and financial market operations.
- Expertise in wealth and investment products and lifecycle management.
- Understanding of consumer banking products and payment systems.
- Knowledge of risk management, fraud detection, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and international standards.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native architecture.
- Proficiency in Java and/or .NET Core development frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
- Awareness of emerging fintech technologies (Blockchain, AI/ML, Digital Wallets).
- Familiarity with architecture and collaboration tools (Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Confluence).
