Job descriptionJob Role: Campaign ManagerJob Location: Dubai , UAEJob DescriptionThe Campaign Account Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns while managing day-to-day client communication and ensuring high-quality output. With 5–8 years of experience, this role requires strong strategic skills, a deep understanding of brand management principles, hands-on project management, and excellent client servicing capabilities. The role acts as the bridge between clients and internal/external teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with long-term brand integrity and business objectives.Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Account Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients across campaign planning and execution.
  • Understand client business goals, market dynamics, and brand requirements to provide effective recommendations.
  • Lead client presentations, strategy discussions, and campaign review meetings.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and identify growth opportunities within the account.
2. Campaign Planning & Strategy
  • Develop campaign strategies across digital, social, ATL, BTL, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate with strategy, media, and creative teams to build insightful, data-driven plans.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for creative, content, social, and production teams.
  • Create campaign timelines, delivery calendars, and rollout frameworks.
3. Execution & Project Management
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, brand, and timeline requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, media, production, social, and PR.
  • Oversee production of campaign assets, including digital content, social materials, video production, OOH, print, and event materials.
  • Troubleshoot execution challenges and ensure seamless workflow.
4. Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance across all channels.
  • Analyze data and prepare insightful campaign reports and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Recommend optimization strategies to improve results and future campaign effectiveness.
  • Share actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
5. Financial & Administrative Management
  • Manage campaign budgets, estimates, SOWs, and vendor costs.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, budget tracking, and profitability management.
  • Prepare project documentation, contact reports, and weekly status updates.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in advertising, digital marketing, or an integrated communications agency environment.
  • Proven experience working with automotive clients or major regional MEA brands.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns (including digital, social, and traditional media).
  • Strong foundational understanding of digital media strategy, social platforms, KPIs, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating creative development, content production workflows, and media planning.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling and document design skills (i.e., expert proficiency in creating compelling, visually sophisticated presentations and reports).
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language are essentia and proficiency in a third language is a significant advantage.
