  • Manage and optimize the full CRM lifecycle for assigned markets to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns across Talabat's owned digital channels to drive order frequency and user loyalty.
  • Collaborate with campaign operations teams to launch lifecycle campaigns that address customer churn, engagement decline, or acquisition challenges.
  • Design and implement CRM experiments including A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user journey optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to refine marketing strategies and improve results.
  • Manage CRM marketing budgets for assigned markets and coordinate closely with finance, planning, and local marketing teams.
  • Monitor campaign spending to ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.
  • Create performance reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results and marketing investment outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor CRM team members to drive performance, innovation, and growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with business intelligence teams to translate data insights into actionable marketing improvements.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, data analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing customer lifecycle campaigns in fast-paced digital or e commerce environments preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM or marketing automation tools such as Braze or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and campaign reporting tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate results into strategic improvements.
  • Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills required, Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
