Experience in preparing estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office tools
Monitor project budgets and provide cost control recommendations
Participate in tender evaluations and contractor negotiations
