- Supervise daily shop floor activities and ensure effective sales coverage during peak store hours
- Support the team in building strong customer relationships using clienteling tools and personalized service approaches
- Encourage product knowledge among team members to enhance sales performance and customer engagement
- Assist store management in achieving sales targets and implementing store initiatives and promotional activities
- Act as a role model for sales excellence and customer service standards on the shop floor
- Provide direct support during sales interactions and complex customer situations
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures including register fund counting and secure bank deposits
- Ensure accurate processing of POS transactions including sales, returns, transfers, and repairs
- Monitor inventory management activities including receiving shipments, stock transfers, and damage reporting
- Enforce loss prevention policies and operational procedures to protect store assets
- Support conflict resolution and provide guidance to sales associates to improve team performance
- Assist with store reporting, sales analysis, and product training initiatives
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related discipline
- Previous experience in retail sales supervision or store operations roles
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer relationship management
