Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Review and provide engineering consent to contractor baseline schedules in accordance with contract conditions and approved practices.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules covering multiple infrastructure work packages.
• Validate allocation of project resources to ensure alignment with completion targets.
• Monitor updated progress schedules and identify delays, slippage risks, and critical path impacts.
• Conduct time impact analysis and window analysis to assess extension of time and disruption claims.
• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate potential variations and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed monthly progress reports with schedule analysis and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve planning and scheduling issues.
• Maintain project risk registers, trackers, and progress measurement systems.
• Issue delay notices and document contractor performance deficiencies where applicable.
• Maintain accurate and organized contemporary project records for contractual reference.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure and community development projects.

• Strong knowledge of delay analysis methodologies and contract administration practices.
