- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis
- Monitor ongoing project progress against baseline schedules and identify any potential delays
- Recommend and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports and performance updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution phases
- Utilize Primavera P6 and other planning tools to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Ensure all planning activities comply with project requirements and timelines
- 10-15 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and related planning software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Prior experience working on large-scale villa or residential construction projects in the UAE is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
