We are hiring a Coordinator- Holding Area to support infrastructure planning and on-site execution for large-scale events. This role involves coordination of logistics, maintenance, and access control, working closely with security and other key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily venue checks and report issuesManage monthly/quarterly maintenance schedulesCoordinate infrastructure needs: security, fuel, lighting, water, drainageMonitor vehicle access during build-up and teardownManage yard/zone parking and access logisticsLiaise with security, H&S, and contractor teamsAssist the Senior Director Venue Infrastructure as neededEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsRequirements:Diploma or High School qualification2+ years in event operations or venue logisticsFluent in English; Urdu is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office; EBMS knowledge is an advantageFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysStrong coordination, reporting, and communication skillsInterested candidates please apply.
