- Supervise maintenance of pipelines, vessels, valves, pumps, compressors, storage tanks, loading arms, firefighting systems, and related mechanical equipment
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Work Management System and conduct hazard evaluations and risk assessments
- Coordinate with planning teams to schedule maintenance activities and avoid backlogs
- Monitor breakdown response and ensure rapid restoration of critical systems
- Oversee CMMS work order closure including labor hours, materials, and failure reports
- Conduct toolbox talks and reinforce ADNOC lifesaving rules and fatigue management practices
- Coordinate with inspection teams to monitor corrosion and asset integrity
- Witness FAT and SAT activities for new equipment and ensure compliance with technical standards
- Liaise with procurement to secure spare parts and manage release orders
- Supervise third-party contractors, inspect work quality, and manage permits to work
- Support shutdown activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare cost analysis reports and evaluate manpower utilization
- Assist in HAZOP, HSEIA, HAZID, and risk assessments for new projects and modifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within oil and gas or petrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance
- Experience with CMMS and work management systems
- Understanding of AIPS, HSE compliance, and asset integrity practices
