Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - ADNOC Distribution - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Supervise maintenance of pipelines, vessels, valves, transfer pumps, compressors, storage tanks, loading arms, hoses, firefighting and deluge systems
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Work Management System requirements including risk assessments and job safety analyses
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planning teams to schedule preventive and corrective works efficiently
• Minimize downtime of critical mechanical systems across depots and LPG facilities
• Lead troubleshooting activities for rotating and static mechanical equipment
• Supervise closure of work orders within CMMS including labour hours, materials, and failure reports
• Conduct toolbox talks and reinforce ADNOC lifesaving rules and fatigue management practices
• Coordinate with inspection teams for corrosion monitoring and equipment integrity programs
• Manage spare parts availability and liaise with procurement for material requests and release orders
• Witness FAT and SAT testing for new mechanical equipment installations
• Oversee contractor performance, prepare scope of work, and ensure compliance with permit-to-work requirements
• Support plant shutdown activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare cost reports, maintenance performance summaries, and KPI documentation
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, and risk assessment activities for new projects and modifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within oil and gas or petrochemical industry
• Strong knowledge of static and rotating equipment maintenance
• Experience with CMMS and work management systems
• Solid understanding of HSE standards, risk management, and asset integrity practices
• Ability to supervise teams and manage contractor activities effectively
