- Implement the agreed Talent Enablement operational action plan focusing on organization culture, workload analysis, and job design.
- Support in managing the organization performance management framework and system, encompassing liaising with individual Line Managers, to define individual scorecard targets & KPI’s, as well as, ensuring effective performance reviews.
- Maintain the organization grading structure, be a repository of the updated organization-wide job descriptions, and manage the entire process of job description review and job evaluation.
- Maintain and roll-out organization-wide technical and behavioral competency dictionary and career ladders for inter-job family movements (horizontal/vertical/diagonal).
- Administer and implement the succession planning framework within organization, evaluate the criticality of the new existing/new roles, and develop and implement succession plans for the identified successors.
- Implement organization-wide Learning & Development Strategy to facilitate the creation of a learning organization that is dynamic and agile.
- Manage the learning and development journey for GCAA employees by analysing the training needs, creating the training plan, raising PR requests, and prepare memos and all other related activities
- Support the administration of activities by internal/external entities on request. Prepare necessary documents and communicate whenever required.
- Implement corrective actions raised under an internal surveillance program to ascertain international standards and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in the field of HR, or as defined in the approved grade matrix
- Professional certification in HR preferably in Learning & Development, Assessment Centers and Compensations & Benefits
