Bachelor’s degree in engineering Preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval.
15 years’ experience with proven offshore operations experience.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
Superior knowledge of offshore operations, personnel & equipment.
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead a team comprising various disciplines for different aspects of offshore construction engineers & offshore construction mangers.
Manage & coordinate & assign construction team resources for multiple small and mega-sized projects.
Contribution in the company overall marine spread schedule on regular basis
Implement COMPANY strategy for offshore construction plans
Monitor the Cost of all projects in coordination with Project Directors
