  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering Preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval.
  • 15 years’ experience with proven offshore operations experience.
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Superior knowledge of offshore operations, personnel & equipment.
ROLE PURPOSE
  • Lead a team comprising various disciplines for different aspects of offshore construction engineers & offshore construction mangers.
  • Manage & coordinate & assign construction team resources for multiple small and mega-sized projects.
  • Contribution in the company overall marine spread schedule on regular basis
  • Implement COMPANY strategy for offshore construction plans
  • Monitor the Cost of all projects in coordination with Project Directors
