Job Description:BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic technology team. In this hybrid leadership and hands-on development position, you will take charge of guiding a talented group of developers while actively contributing to the design and implementation of full stack solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering agile practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a significant impact on both the team and the company's technology stack.Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications
  • Coordinate project planning, task assignments, and track progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Encourage adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance productivity
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of full stack development experience with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
  • Proven experience in a team lead or technical lead role
  • Expertise in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies, preferably .NET Core, ASP.NET, or Node.js
  • Experience with database design and management, including SQL Server or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time
  • Passion for mentoring and professional development of team members
