Environmental Health and Safety Officer Entry Level Infrastructure Projects Dubai UAE is responsible for assisting in safety program implementation, monitoring workplace hazards, supporting compliance activities, and contributing to safe and efficient project environments.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures
- Support compliance with ES&H standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor workplace hazards and identify potential risks
- Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and workplace complaints
- Participate in recommending improvements to processes and equipment to reduce risks
- Support employee safety training and awareness programs
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning and execution
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Conduct basic inspections and report safety observations
- Collaborate with teams to promote a safe working environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety practices
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- Basic experience or internship in health and safety or infrastructure projects preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Understanding of hazard identification and risk assessment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in site-based environments
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to safety
