Position: Safety Officer
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in HSE/Safety management
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Chemistry, or Physics
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site
Identify potential hazards and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and international safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for staff
Maintain safety documentation and reports accurately
Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of all activities

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of solid experience in HSE or safety management roles
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Chemistry, or Physics
Must hold valid Tarakhees and DDA (Dubai Development Authority) approvals
Must currently be on a Safety Officer visa
Strong understanding of local safety regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Immediate availability is mandatory (candidates with notice periods will not be considered)
