  • Assist with corridor, network, and intersection performance assessments including capacity and delay analysis
  • Conduct field investigations and document roadway conditions, traffic control devices, and safety concerns
  • Support crash data reviews and identification of operational and infrastructure risk factors
  • Prepare draft traffic signal timing inputs and phasing diagrams under senior guidance
  • Develop preliminary signing, pavement marking, and channelization concepts
  • Contribute to pedestrian and multimodal assessments, including accessibility and crossing safety reviews
  • Apply roadway geometric design principles to concept-level intersection and corridor improvements
  • Support evaluation of ITS solutions such as detection systems and traveler information technologies
  • Perform traffic operational analysis using tools such as Synchro, SIDRA, or HCS
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, study sections, concept plans, and guideline inputs
  • Prepare figures and exhibits for reports and stakeholder presentations
  • Participate in internal and client review meetings to refine technical recommendations
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic engineering or transportation projects
  • Foundational knowledge of traffic signal operations, signing and marking design, and corridor analysis
  • Experience conducting field observations and documenting findings clearly
  • Understanding of roadway design fundamentals and safety considerations
  • Familiarity with traffic analysis tools and mobility datasets
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments
