- Manage daily facility operations across multiple service streams
- Oversee hard and soft services including maintenance, cleaning, pest control, security, and catering
- Develop and manage service contracts, budgets, SLAs, and KPIs
- Implement waste management and sustainability strategies
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service standards
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvement strategies
- Support internal and external corporate events and logistics coordination
- Review and update SOPs, procedures, and operational frameworks
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance management reports
- Ensure contractual works are delivered safely and to agreed quality levels
- Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to service teams and vendors
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing facility or soft services operations
- Experience working with international service providers preferred
- Client-side facility management experience considered an advantage
- Knowledge of GCC regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Membership of recognized industry bodies preferred
