  • Develop and implement service level agreements, KPIs, and contract performance frameworks
  • Monitor and enhance service quality in line with international best practices
  • Manage soft services budgets and optimize operational cost efficiency
  • Implement and oversee waste management strategies and sustainability initiatives
  • Review and improve standard operating procedures for all soft service functions
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and performance management reports for leadership

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline

  • Experience working with international service providers or on client-side operations
