  • Provide technical leadership in Communications-Based Train Control systems ensuring operational safety and reliability.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, technical submissions, and system specifications.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces between civil, track, MEP, and systems packages.
  • Ensure compliance with international rail standards, industry codes, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop engineering procedures, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers related to systems engineering.
  • Monitor system testing, commissioning, and performance validation activities.
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
  • Provide mentorship and technical development to systems engineers and specialists.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in metro or railway systems engineering.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within rail systems projects.
  • Strong expertise in signaling systems and CBTC technologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international railway standards and codes.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale rail infrastructure programs.
  • Strong analytical, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
