We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler specialized in fire rated doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, and joinery products for projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit/BIM coordination and an understanding of passive fire protection systems and UAE Civil Defence requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed BIM models for fire doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, and joinery systemsCoordinate with design, technical, and project teams to ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulationsPrepare accurate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawingsCollaborate on project submittals, material approvals, and design documentationEnsure BIM models integrate seamlessly with other project disciplinesRequirements:Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in fire rated doors, joinery, steel doors, or wooden doorsProficiency in Revit and BIM coordination toolsStrong understanding of UAE fire safety codes and Civil Defence regulationsAbility to produce accurate shop drawings and collaborate with project teamsCurrently based in the UAEImmediate or short notice availability preferred
