SDR Manager - Fintech/ Payments

- Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives across inbound and outbound channels
- Own SDR strategy, targets, and performance metrics (activity, meetings, pipeline, SALs)
- Coach SDRs on prospecting techniques, qualification, messaging, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to align pipeline generation with revenue targets
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, ICP development, and campaign execution
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and enablement for new SDR team members
- Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene
- Continuously refine processes to support scale, efficiency, and performance
- 4–8+ years’ experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles within fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- 2–5+ years’ experience managing and scaling SDR/BDR teams
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline through outbound and inbound strategies
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise customers
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and sales leadership
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
- Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-led industries
- Experience selling payments infrastructure, APIs, or financial services products
- Exposure to regional sales coverage across EMEA, APAC, or the Middle East
- A strong coaching mindset with a passion for developing early-career sales talent
- Ability to balance pace, quality, and long-term team development
