- Own and drive Grid Beats business performance in the region in line with annual operating plans.
- Lead the growth strategy for the GridBeats portfolio across the MENAT region, with accountability for market development, ecosystem engagement, and long-term value creation.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, segments, and trends to drive GridBeats adoption and regional expansion.
- Define and implement a scalable go-to-market and customer engagement model that fosters solution pull-through and builds customer advocacy.
- Establish strategic partnerships with utilities, grid operators, and industry stakeholders to create new business opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, engineering, and regional commercial teams to ensure market needs are reflected in solution development and roadmap planning.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as localization, channel development, and co-innovation programs with key accounts and governments.
- Contribute to market sizing analysis, competitive benchmarking, and gap identification to support investment decisions and innovation planning.
- Support key growth programs and large opportunity pursuits by aligning resources, stakeholders, and executive sponsorship.
- Provide Input to the Market Sizing exercise, analysis of gaps and Product Line (PL) NPI (New Product Introduction) Plan.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the power transmission and distribution sector, including digitalization trends and grid modernization needs.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in business development, product growth, or strategic planning in a technology or industrial environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with APM (Asset Perfromance Management), Digital Substations, Device Management, Distribution Automation, and Grid Software Solutions.
- Market Insight: Deep knowledge of customer challenges, policy environments, and technology drivers in MENAT's energy ecosystem.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to market development.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MENAT energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and key industry players.
