Automate reporting processes and analytical commentary using AI, automation, and LLM-based tools
Enable self-service analytics capabilities for business users across retail functions
Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Evaluate and adopt emerging analytics tools, AI technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytics maturity

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
Minimum four years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or analytics consulting

Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, analysis, and reporting
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems in a retail or enterprise environment
