- Identify new market opportunities, trade lanes, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.Revenue & Business Growth- Own and achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
- Oversee sales, business development, key account management, and commercial operations.
- Expand market share across Air, Ocean, Road Freight, and Contract Logistics.
- Lead large-scale contract negotiations with enterprise and multinational clients.
- Develop pricing frameworks and commercial policies to maximize profitability.Leadership & Team Management- Lead and mentor commercial directors and senior managers across divisions.
- Build high-performance sales and commercial teams.
- Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
- Foster a results-driven, customer-focused culture across the organization.Market & Industry Expertise- Leverage strong GCC market knowledge and industry network.
- Maintain relationships with major shippers, MNCs, carriers, agents, and strategic partners.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape shifts.Operational & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure service excellence and profitability.
- Ensure commercial commitments are aligned with operational capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Requirements- 15-20+ years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, ideally within integrated logistics, NVOCC, or multi modal freight environments.
- Deep expertise in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight, Warehousing & Distribution, and value-added logistics services.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking abilities.
