- Handle safe deposit box procedures and support business centre operations when required

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest experiences

- Minimum one to two years of experience in a similar hospitality role
- Fluent English communication skills; Russian language skills preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and computer applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
