- Design and govern enterprise contact center technology architecture across voice and digital channels
- Develop on-premise, cloud and hybrid call center architecture models
- Lead implementation and optimization of platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Amazon Connect and Cisco
- Define integration frameworks with CRM, ERP, IAM, AI engines and analytics platforms
- Architect omnichannel routing strategies covering voice, chat, email, WhatsApp and social media
- Ensure high availability HA and disaster recovery DR standards are embedded in solution design
- Plan and manage migration strategies to CCaaS cloud-based contact center platforms
- Establish scalability models to support enterprise growth and performance requirements
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams to ensure seamless integration
- Provide architectural governance, technical leadership and best practice frameworks
- 10+ years of overall experience in contact center and enterprise technology environments
- Minimum 5 years in solution architecture or enterprise architecture roles
- Strong experience with leading contact center platforms including Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Amazon Connect or Cisco
- Deep understanding of omnichannel customer engagement architecture
- Experience designing integrations with CRM, ERP and identity management systems
- Knowledge of cloud-based CCaaS migration strategies
- Strong understanding of scalability, HA and DR frameworks
