- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment strategies with workforce plans.
- Lead complex and high-volume hiring campaigns, acting as the primary contact for staffing-related matters.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using digital sourcing tools, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Support nationalization and localization hiring initiatives in coordination with HR partners.
- Promote internal mobility by identifying and engaging internal talent for open roles.
- Collaborate with employer branding and recruitment marketing teams to enhance job advertising strategies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion standards.
- Support offer management and compensation discussions with stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects including process improvement and new system implementations.
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment across complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
- Experience supporting nationalization, internal mobility, recruitment marketing, or talent analytics initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and digital sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic workforce planning and recruitment delivery.
