- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sector projects.
- Drive sales of smart pedestrian gates, ensuring solutions align with regional market needs and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, integrators, contractors, consultants, and end clients.
- Deliver tailored product presentations, technical consultations, and demonstrations to meet client requirements.
- Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to guide strategic decisions.
- Provide insights on pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches for the region.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with other team members to achieve company common goals.
- Coordinate and execute any other assigned tasks.
- Travel extensively across the Middle East to meet customers, attend industry events and trade shows, and oversee project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales experience, ideally in pedestrian access control systems, gates, or related technologies.
- Proven experience managing regional sales operations across the Middle East in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of smart pedestrian gate technologies, access control solutions, and pedestrian flow systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Middle Eastern markets, culture, and business practices.
- An existing network with decision-makers in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and smart city projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
