  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security teams to support operational performance
  • Develop and implement initiatives that improve site efficiency and operational processes
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of performance and risk metrics to support decision making
  • Coordinate operational planning to prepare for varying levels of customer demand and peak periods
  • Mentor and coach leadership teams to strengthen management capabilities across operations
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across fulfillment center processes
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least three years of experience in employee supervision or performance management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large operational teams
  • Experience working in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations environments
  • Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
