- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing booking enquiries and supporting onboarding
- Guide customers through the Digital Booking System, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience
- Coordinate closely with Range Scheduling and Operations teams to process bookings and ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the acquisition of new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify booking trends and demand signals, contributing to revenue growth and improved utilisation
- Support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Digital Booking System
- Liaise with system developers to troubleshoot issues and implement system upgrades
- Generate data-driven insights and reports for senior management
- Collect and maintain accurate monthly statistics to support invoicing and performance reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a public or private sector organization
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in customer service, booking coordination, or business development support
- Prior experience working within a military or defense industry environment is preferred
