- Perform maintenance and repair work on BYD electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and electronic inspection systems.
- Complete vehicle inspection sheets and detailed repair documentation on service orders.
- Identify additional repair needs during inspections and report findings to service supervisors.
- Ensure safe handling and proper maintenance of workshop tools and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Complete assigned repair jobs within scheduled timelines to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Conduct accurate troubleshooting during initial inspections to identify root causes of faults.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship to minimize repeat repairs and breakdowns.
- Follow all workshop safety standards and procedures to maintain a zero incident environment.
- Ensure efficient use of spare parts, tools, and labor while minimizing operational waste.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in the workshop and repair areas.
- Carry out final quality inspections and testing before vehicles are released to customers.
- Minimum five years of experience servicing electric or hybrid vehicles.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
- Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment and inspection tools.
- Ability to diagnose faults and perform complex repair tasks independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is considered an advantage.
- Good communication skills for reporting, coordination, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a technical workshop team.
