• Evaluate tire, battery, and aftermarket spare part warranty claims across multiple distribution channels and business partners
• Conduct technical inspections and determine whether failures are caused by manufacturing defects or misuse
• Visit customer locations across the UAE to inspect claims and complete site evaluations within defined service timelines
• Prepare detailed inspection and warranty analysis reports following manufacturer standards and warranty policies
• Communicate claim outcomes and technical findings to customers while maintaining a professional service approach
• Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring product issues and patterns of misuse
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce invalid claims and improve warranty processes
• Represent the organization during warranty inspections and technical investigations with customers and partners
• Provide product training to technicians, service advisors, and customers on correct usage and warranty policies

• Diploma or technical degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in automotive warranty evaluation, technical diagnostics, or product quality roles

• Ability to make independent technical assessments and manage multiple warranty cases efficiently
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel for on-site inspections
