Nature of Work: Office-basedKey ResponsibilitiesCore Tasks * Efficiently manage the unit’s resources (human, financial, technological, and assets) to achieve departmental goals.
  • Contribute to identifying and evaluating unit processes, conducting comprehensive organizational performance analyses, and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets for the unit and monitor their implementation.
  • Implement operational plans and prepare detailed budgets to meet organizational goals.
  • Execute project plans specific to the unit, review progress reports, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises and apply specialized practices in the unit’s domain while prioritizing their implementation.
  • Oversee all administrative activities, operations, and unit procedures per approved authority matrices.
  • Monitor and evaluate annual employee performance, support employees to meet goals, and ensure sustainable improvement.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and ensure successful adaptation to new practices.
  • Stay updated on modern technological tools, such as AI, to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and review unit activity reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with work requirements.
  • Participate in policy and regulation reviews and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Support growth strategies within the organization.
  • Promote organizational values and culture through initiatives and programs that reinforce internal governance frameworks.
  • Assist in executing nationalization initiatives and professional development plans to empower national talent.
Strategic Tasks * Provide support to the department head during the preparation of overall strategies and execution plans, along with relevant initiatives as required by operational needs.
  • Contribute to the execution of continuous improvement and development initiatives to enhance departmental performance.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing performance scorecards for the department, specifically for the unit, to align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate in developing operational plans for the department concerning the unit's work and projects, regularly submitting performance reports to the department head.
  • Enhance teamwork among employees in the department to ensure alignment with the organization's growth strategies.
Operational Tasks * Assist in creating operational systems and procedural manuals for the unit, ensuring they are followed and executed effectively.
  • Support the preparation of operational systems and procedures related to the unit's work, offering recommendations and suggestions when reviewed with the department head.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed budgets for the unit by providing necessary support to the department head.
  • Prepare reports and proposals related to digital transformation to improve processes within the unit and ensure their efficient implementation.
  • Direct and organize the multimedia team to achieve production and creative goals by efficiently assigning tasks and providing technical and creative support.
  • Design and produce innovative multimedia content aligned with Zahrat Al Khaleej’s editorial mission, focusing on creativity and audience engagement.
  • Create clear work plans for multimedia projects, allocate necessary resources, and monitor their execution to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality multimedia content production by editing and auditing in accordance with approved standards.
  • Supervise the coordination among content creators, editors, and designers to maintain the quality and coherence of outputs.
  • Stay updated on trends and technologies in multimedia production to ensure content remains innovative and aligned with technological developments.
  • Manage and organize multimedia production processes from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the use of specialized equipment and software for multimedia production and editing, optimizing their use for high-quality outputs.
  • Develop innovative visual and audio content to boost audience engagement on digital platforms and social media, ensuring alignment with audience interests.
  • Ensure projects meet predefined timelines, closely monitoring workflow for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Provide training and technical support to team members to enhance their skills in production and editing, contributing to improved quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, such as photographers and directors, to ensure professional coordination and compliance with quality standards.
Monitoring and Auditing Responsibilities * Ensure the implementation of processes and procedures adheres to approved standards, policies, and systems within the organization.
  • Execute corrective actions and recommendations provided in audit and follow-up reports related to the unit’s activities.
  • Develop and update risk logs, preventive measures, and contingency plans for the unit’s operations, services, and processes.
  • Update and implement proactive plans to improve procedures and work systems while ensuring compliance with control measures.
Shared Responsibilities * Work collaboratively with other organizational units to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
  • Ensure all employees comply with the organization's health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational information, avoiding unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
  • Undertake any other related tasks or duties as directed by the direct supervisor.
Minimum Job RequirementsAcademic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution in the UAE.
Professional Qualifications (if applicable):
  • Professional certifications in administrative or specialized fields.
  • Certifications in technical or specialized skills.
Experience Requirements:
  • Supervisory: 6 years
  • Specialized: Relevant years of experience based on job requirements.
Knowledge and Skills * Human resources policies and systems.
  • Financial and operational procedures related to the organization.
  • In-depth understanding of multimedia production and editing technologies.
  • Proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Audition).
