Job Description:The Project Coordinator takes responsibility for client relationship management from the kickoff to the close-out of every project. This includes obtaining all engineering and material approvals, method statements and user manuals, and supervision activities to ensure the project is delivered to and beyond the client's expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Sr. Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.Roles & Responsibilities

Meet regularly with stakeholders to manage their expectations, keep them updated, and make sure the project aligns with their goals and objectives.
Oversee and coordinate high-end fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Oversees project progress and performance of different stakeholders working on the project and ensures the project progress aligns with the baseline program.
Ensure that all necessary project approvals are successfully obtained and on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet and exceed client expectations for luxury fit-out standards.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate communication between stakeholders to facilitate a smooth flow of information and address any project-related issues promptly.
Liaise with the commercial team for any potential contractual or commercial risk related to running projects.
Responsible for collaborating with the various department heads in the organization as they relate to the project.
Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives.
Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
Sometimes, you may be expected to be part of special projects as required for your job role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architectural with Interior Design Exposure
Proven experience in project coordination with a focus on high-end fit-out projects.
In-depth knowledge of luxury fit-out standards and materials.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients, designers, and contractors.
Proficiency in project management tools/software.
Minimum of 6 years Previous experience in technical project management in the hospitality sector.
PMP is preferred.
