- Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings,
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and other members of the team.
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Discreet and confidential with sensitive information
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
