- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail and distribution sectors.
- Create and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company objectives.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and take proactive measures.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and service issues.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices in key account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the UAE FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in building strategic customer relationships and delivering sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of UAE retail channels, distribution networks, and trade dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
