  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with packaged goods, frozen food, personal care, and household brands, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Develop strategic advertising and retail media plans that support brand growth and category expansion on the talabat platform.
  • Support partners in using talabat's data insights and analytics tools to improve campaign performance and commercial outcomes.
  • Act as a product expert for talabat retail media solutions, ensuring brand campaigns achieve strong visibility and return on advertising spend.
  • Collaborate with Talabat Mart and local commercial teams to align media campaigns with product launches, promotional calendars, and market initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand retail media partnerships to increase adoption of advertising solutions.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal product teams to support development of improved retail media tools and advertising capabilities.
  • Manage campaign activation across talabat media channels while ensuring high operational standards and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with regional and local teams to track account performance, address challenges, and maintain strong partnership engagement.
  • Monitor trends within the consumer packaged goods and retail sectors to position talabat as a strategic growth partner for brands.
  • Share best practices and market insights internally to support cross-market collaboration and learning.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in FMCG, retail media, advertising, or technology-driven commerce environments.
  • Experience managing consumer packaged goods accounts including personal care, frozen products, or household categories.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and digital retail media ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial growth and advertising performance targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills working with brands, distributors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze campaign data and develop performance insights.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker or Tableau is considered advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills when working with senior stakeholders and brand partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
