- The HR Consultant will be tasked with developing S+ HC policy, compensation, and governance programs.
- Enable BMS to better respond & adapt to industry / technology advancements, through reviewing the existing processes and controls and recommending enhancements.
- Design and implement people initiatives.
- Develop forecasting models.
- Develop and implement internal controls as necessary to facilitate regulatory compliance.
- Provide expertise and advise on all reward-related programs, policies and legislation.
- Reviews national, regional and local compensation surveys and propose adjustments for S+
