- Lead private label logistics and inventory management activities
- Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to optimize logistics costs
- Monitor customs regulations and maintain compliance with legal requirements
- Build relationships with regulatory authorities and manage logistics compliance updates
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce delays, prevent stockouts, and improve efficiency
- Lead team performance management including goal setting, feedback, and development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles with at least 4 years in retail
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage complex logistics operations in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in logistics planning, distribution, and inventory management
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance processes
