Nationality Requirement: UAE Nationals onlyJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for a QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control activities for large infrastructure and rail-related projects in Dubai.The role involves ensuring proper inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination of quality processes across installation and commissioning phases while maintaining compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control QA/QC activities on project sitesConduct quality inspections and surveillance in accordance with project requirementsFollow up on Inspection Test Requests (ITRs) as per Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for inspection schedulingPerform material receiving inspections and maintain documentation recordsManage site non-conformities and ensure proper corrective action trackingSupport quality control during installation, testing, and commissioning phasesEnsure proper documentation and reporting of QA/QC activitiesMaintain registers for ITPs, ITRs, MRIRs, and material submittalsQualificationsUAE National (mandatory)Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in site inspection or QA/QC activitiesExperience in rail, metro, infrastructure, or large construction projects is an advantageGood knowledge of MS Office toolsGood communication and reporting skills in EnglishAdditional InformationAdditional RequirementsFlexibility to work night shifts when required for project activitiesStrong attention to detail and documentation managementAbility to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teamsPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
