Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools
  • Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or marketplace operations is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
