Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
  • Review and approve material submittals, mix designs, source approvals, and compliance certificates in accordance with RTA specifications
  • Ensure all construction materials meet approved material lists and contract requirements
  • Coordinate and witness laboratory and field testing for concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, steel, and related materials
  • Liaise with RTA-approved laboratories and third-party testing agencies during inspections and audits
  • Verify sampling procedures, testing frequency, and documentation in line with quality control manuals and ITPs
  • Monitor material storage, handling, and traceability to prevent damage or misuse
  • Track approval status and testing progress to avoid schedule disruptions
  • Support the Resident Engineer in resolving material-related NCRs and implementing corrective actions
  • Participate in authority inspections and ensure readiness of test reports and certificates for audits
  • Assist in preparing final quality dossiers and material compliance documentation for project handover
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in infrastructure or transportation projects
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of mandatory Dubai experience with RTA or DM approval
  • Strong understanding of RTA quality control standards and material compliance procedures
  • Experience working with approved laboratories and authority representatives
  • Master's degree is advantageous
