The role operates within the central Rotating Equipment Engineering Services team, supporting the full lifecycle of rotating equipment including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. Provide engineering support for major rotating equipment throughout project phases including design, EPC execution, testing, commissioning, and start-up.
Support operations and maintenance teams in troubleshooting complex rotating equipment issues and supporting major maintenance interventions.
Contribute to development and implementation of rotating equipment engineering standards, maintenance procedures, and technical specifications.
Assist in preparing and optimizing long-term overhaul and inspection plans for major rotating equipment.
Support planning and alignment of capital expenditure budgets related to rotating equipment upgrades and replacement projects.
Develop refurbishment and repair strategies for insurance spares and critical rotating equipment components.
Support deployment of predictive maintenance technologies, digital diagnostics, and performance monitoring tools.
Conduct engineering studies and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades, performance improvement, and lifecycle cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC engineering standards, international codes, and OEM technical guidelines.
Coordinate with project teams, operations, maintenance, and vendors to ensure effective technical decision making and equipment performance.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience working with major rotating equipment in large industrial environments.
Strong expertise in compressors, turbines, pumps, drivers, and auxiliary rotating machinery.
Experience supporting rotating equipment across the full project lifecycle including FEED, EPC, and commissioning phases.
Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance planning, refurbishment, and reliability improvement of critical rotating equipment.
Strong knowledge of international engineering codes, industry standards, and OEM practices.
Ability to act as technical authority and make risk-based engineering decisions in complex operational environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.Skills Set
