- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain production schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and on-set logistics for the production team.
- Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between departments, vendors, and crew.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes or updates to the production plan.
- Logistics:
- Arrange for equipment rentals, permits, travel, and accommodations.
- Oversee the transportation of crew, cast, and equipment to shooting locations.
- Documentation:
- Manage production documents, including call sheets, production reports, and contracts.
- Track budgets, expenditures, and invoices in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Crew and Talent Support:
- Facilitate the onboarding of crew members and ensure they have necessary resources.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating cast rehearsals and shoots.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address any issues that arise during production, finding solutions to keep the project on track.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in production or media-related roles.
- Familiarity with industry software, such as Movie Magic Scheduling, Excel, or other project management tools.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of media production workflows and terminology.
