This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with various teams, handling logistics, and maintaining clear communication across departments.Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and on-set logistics for the production team.
  • Communication:
  • Act as the primary liaison between departments, vendors, and crew.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes or updates to the production plan.
  • Logistics:
  • Arrange for equipment rentals, permits, travel, and accommodations.
  • Oversee the transportation of crew, cast, and equipment to shooting locations.
  • Documentation:
  • Manage production documents, including call sheets, production reports, and contracts.
  • Track budgets, expenditures, and invoices in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Crew and Talent Support:
  • Facilitate the onboarding of crew members and ensure they have necessary resources.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating cast rehearsals and shoots.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Address any issues that arise during production, finding solutions to keep the project on track.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in production or media-related roles.
  • Familiarity with industry software, such as Movie Magic Scheduling, Excel, or other project management tools.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of media production workflows and terminology.
