  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align leadership initiatives with business strategy and desired leadership behaviors.
  • Manage programme governance across leadership development initiatives, ensuring consistent execution, resource allocation, and milestone delivery.
  • Evaluate and manage partnerships with learning providers and development partners to ensure program quality and alignment with objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of leadership academies and executive development programs.
  • Manage planning, curriculum development, and delivery of leadership initiatives including the Change Leadership Academy.
  • Lead the development and management of internal leadership communication platforms such as leadership podcasts and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Use feedback and analytics to enhance learning program impact, engagement, and leadership capability outcomes.
  • Coordinate submissions for leadership development awards by preparing documentation, impact reports, and success stories.
  • Maintain structured tracking systems to monitor timelines, program milestones, and performance indicators.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development roles.
  • At least three years of experience specifically in executive leadership or senior leadership development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development methodologies and modern learning frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement impactful leadership development initiatives.
  • Experience managing partnerships with learning providers, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams and complex organizational environments.
